Cancellation Policy
Peak Season (24/ Dec/ 2010 – 07/ Jan/ 2011): 75% refund if cancellation is made 16 – 29 days prior to arrival. 55% refund if cancellation is made 15 – 9 days prior to arrival. 10% refund if cancellation is made 8 – 5 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made within 4 days or less, full charges are applicable.
Except for Peak Season, 10% refund if cancellation is made 8 – 5 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made within 4 days or less, full charges are applicable.
No Show/ Early Departure: Full charges are applicable. Name Change is considered same as cancellation.
Child Policy
Children below 4yrs of age can stay free when sharing existing beddings and get complimentary meals according to booking meal package. Max 2children between 4 & 12yrs of age stay free of charge when sharing existing beddings and are entitled to 50% discount on meals. Ages above 12yrs are considered as adults and charged accordingly.
New Year’s Eve Beach Gala Dinner is compulsory and there will be charges for children between 4 & 12yrs of age.
