low season : after release period till 24 hours prior to arrival = 1 night charge.
Major events period : after release period till 14 days prior to arrival = 1 night charge .
any cancellation less than the above specified number of days before arrival, as per the result to a 50% charge of the booked period on bed & breakfast basis.Except during peak season and major events period where by 100 % charge will be leived.

Child Policy
chlidren under 12 years of years of age , the mentioned breakfast rates apply.
children less than 5 years of age meals free as per parents meal plan.
Maximum occupany per room is 2 adults + 1 child.
Baby cot per room is free .
Children over 12 will be charged as adult.
Extra room for children below 12 years of age will be charged at single room rate based on meal plan.
Single parents : single rate and child supplements as above will apply.
