Cancellation Policy
The Tour operator bears no liability to the hotel in case of cancellation prior to :
96 hours of arrival in high season
48 hours of arrival in low season
In case of cancellation within or less than above mentioned periods from the date of arrival , the Tour Operator will be liable for one night s charge at contracted rates.(subject to 16% service charge.)
No show - liable for the value of all nights booked.
Child Policy
2 Children under the age of 12 years may share their parents room free of charge ( on a room only basis... please see below for childrens meal rates), with one extra bed is charged @ aed 200 net
Childrens meal rates are as follows :
0 - 5 years : Eat free from childrens menu and buffets while dinning with parents.
6 - 11 years : 50% discount on food & Beverage prices
12 years & abbove : Full price on all food & beverages prices
