Group Reservation : In the absence of a seperate contractual agreement for a group, it is imperative that the HOTEL be advised by fax or in writing at least 1 month prior to the scheduled arrival date or the non - materialization of any bookings. Any cancellation after this period will be subject to a charge equal to 25% of the expected revenue. Individual Reservation : Cancellation charges for High season : Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival - No charge Cancellation 08 days to prior to arrival booked. - One (01) night stay at meal plan. Cancellation charges for Low season : Cancellation more than 72 hours prior to arrival - No charge. Cancellation 72 hours or less prior to arrival booked - One (01) night stay at meal plan. No shows - Full stay will be charges. Name Changes: In case the hotel receives name changes in excess of 25% of an existing rooming list, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the entire group.

Children sharing parents room will stay for free regardless of their age.(1 adult and one child will be charged for 1 single , 2 adults and 1 child will be charged for 1 doulble) Family requesting 2 rooms will be charged the rate of 2 single rooms. Extra beds and baby cots will be offered on complimentary basis, subject to availability and room size.
