Group reservations : In the absence of a seperate contractual agreement for the group, it is imperative that the Hotel be advised by fax or in writing at least 1 month prior to the scheduled arival date or the non- materialization of any booking. Any cancellation after this period will be subject to a charge equal to 25% of the expected revenue. Individual reservations : In the event of individul cancellation received within 72hours from date of arrival,or in the case of " No Show" or unnotified late arrival, the HOTEL has the right to charge the DMC a minimum of one night room charge. This is applicable for an individual reservation, or an individual within a group. Name Changes : In case the hotel receives name changes in excess of 25 % of an exisitng rooming list, th hotel reserves the right to cancel the entire group.

02 Children under 12 years of age sharing parents room will be accommodate free of charge. Should an extra room be required, the family will be accommodated in two double rooms, where the childs room will be charged at Single Occupancy rate and the other room at Double Occuancy rate. All children between 6 to 12 years will receive a 50% discount on the packaged meal plan, The rate for childrens breakfast would be AED 20/-net. Baby cots for children below 2 years of age will be provided free of charge. However, these have to be requested at the time of reservation.
